- Bug fixBb Sites·
Sites owner login skips the venue chooser
Signing in from BB Sites Access returns to Your websites instead of stopping on the venue chooser.
- New featurePoint of SaleNotifications·
Desk sales stay silent until you choose a receipt
After a register sale, staff choose Email, SMS or Push. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Bug fixBooking·
Check-in Undo uses the exact check-in you just made
Staff Undo now follows the same check-in, so a later change is not overwritten.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Sites owner login returns to Studio
Signing in from BB Sites Access now returns to Your websites in the same browser.
- Improvement·
Revenue reports open from a snapshot
Revenue analytics for the whole venue reads a 15-minute snapshot instead of scanning every payment.
- Bug fixBillingMemberships·
Clearer refund delivery and checkout continuity
Missing refund email destinations are visible, and signup confirmation keeps the checkout return link.
- ImprovementAuthenticationCheckout·
Continue checkout after confirming a new account
Configured partner websites can securely resume a customer's checkout after email confirmation on another device.
- Bug fixMarketing site·
Choose recipients when announcing a published flash sale
The web announcement builder now lets you choose recipients, exclude individual clients, and retry an unavailable audience count.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Open your existing website from BB Sites
Venue owners and admins can sign in from BB Sites and return to their existing websites.
- Bug fixBookingsNotifications·
Clearer waitlist booking confirmations
Booking confirmations now verify that a client still has a confirmed place before they are sent.
- ImprovementBb Sites·
Preparing safer website subscriptions
Website subscription safeguards are being prepared; private Studio, trials and new subscriptions remain unavailable.
- ImprovementBb Sites·
Explore the BB Sites public preview
Browse designs, the demo and guides while private Studio access remains separate.
- Improvement·
Scan a gift card instead of typing its code
Clients can use a camera to capture a gift QR code or barcode, then review it before redeeming.
- ImprovementClubs·
More reliable club memberships
Clients now see accurate joined and pending states in venue Clubs.
- New feature·
Check guest rules while creating a Flexible pass
The Flexible pass editor explains the current venue guest rule and links authorized staff directly to its configuration.
- Improvement·
Clearer totals and cancellation dates for supported direct offers
Supported direct offers can show the total commitment alongside the payment due today.
- Improvement·
Clearer pass shopping and Flexible membership previews
Clients can compare passes more easily, while staff can distinguish saved changes from the version clients can buy.
- ImprovementAdvanced Marketing·
Choose where your flash-sale email button leads
Send clients to the offer page or your own website, see the destination before delivery, and optionally include your configured venue logo.
- ImprovementAdvanced Marketing·
Safer campaign delivery controls
Campaigns now require a final recipient-count confirmation, show live delivery progress, and can be safely stopped and continued as a new draft.
- ImprovementAdvanced MarketingPayments·
Buy a flash-sale membership faster
A flash-sale purchase now opens the selected membership, makes class allowances easy to compare, confirms the offer before payment, and takes a new member straight to booking.
- ImprovementBb Sites·
Website languages and redirects now wait for Publish
Adding a website language, changing the main language and creating a redirect now change your draft only; Publish puts them live, and undo never touches your live website.
- ImprovementAdvanced MarketingWidgets·
Build flash sales without going live
Save and resume private flash-sale drafts, preview flexible memberships clearly, and install or announce a sale after publishing.
- New feature·
Publish Flexible add-ons and let clients choose them at checkout
The Flexible pass builder now has a Recurring add-ons section, clients pick add-ons in the online checkout, allowance changes explain which add-ons stop, and your pricing page and embeds show which add-ons are available.
- Bug fixMembersBilling·
Add clients while keeping your existing plan
Client registration and imports keep working under your existing plan and agreed allowances.
- New feature·
Flexible memberships can carry recurring add-ons
A Flexible membership can now include recurring services such as a mat and towel service or online access, billed and shown together with the membership. Publishing add-ons from the pass builder follows in the next release.
- ImprovementAppointmentsNotifications·
One message for the whole visit
When the combined-visit rollout is enabled, selected notifications cover the complete visit instead of sending a message per treatment.
- Improvement·
Usage estimates now show the agreement currency
Usage estimates now use the currency saved with the accepted agreement, with separate current-period usage for video and SMS.
- New feature·
Room for more clients, without changing your plan
An optional extra that raises your client allowance without changing your base plan or its price. It is not on sale yet — here is what it will cost and how it will work.
- Bug fixPlatform BillingSignup·
Signup dates stay accurate after email verification
For the prepared simplified signup offer, changed billing dates require another explicit review before payment. Availability depends on the offer being enabled.
- ImprovementPlatform Billing·
Review your plan price and start date before changing
A plan-review flow is prepared for eligible venues on the simplified agreement, showing the price, included rights and start date before confirmation. Availability depends on rollout.
- New feature·
Preview a new agreement before you migrate
Venues on an existing legacy agreement can now preview a published new-agreement offer side by side with their current terms, with no change to billing.
- Improvement·
Point of Sale is now included on every plan
The register at /admin/pos (and the front-desk /pos view) is available on every plan, including Free, for appointment, class and mixed venues.
- Improvement·
One team count and extra seats for the simplified agreement
When the simplified agreement and its purchases are enabled, operational people count once and eligible Business venues can buy extra seats. Existing agreements keep their accepted allowances.
- New feature·
Find migrated contacts and reopen purchased gift vouchers
After a reviewed venue import, authorized staff can search source records and contacts without email. The wallet release lets buyers reopen confirmed paid gift vouchers.
- Bug fix·
Merging a duplicate keeps every migrated reference
A reviewed merge now moves the whole booking and every original Salonized reference to the client you keep, so a re-import finds them instead of creating a second record.
- ImprovementBillingAi Studio·
Clearer extras and AI Studio tier changes
Prepared billing controls clarify eligible extras and AI Studio tier changes; new catalog purchases remain subject to rollout and payment readiness.
- ImprovementGift Cards·
Gift card currency, greeting choices and purchased voucher history
The gift-card release uses venue currency and configurable greetings. Signed-in buyers can reopen confirmed paid vouchers from purchase history to print or save them.
- New featureAppointments Full·
Decide how late clients can change an appointment themselves
Set a cutoff after which clients contact you instead of changing appointments online. Paid appointments require staff assistance unless eligible self-service terms were accepted and the service is enabled.
- Bug fix·
Undoing a scheduled membership cancellation works again
Undoing a scheduled cancellation — including cancelling a scheduled move to Flexible — was refused with a payment-provider error. It goes through now; no membership was changed by the failed attempts.
- New featureAppointments·
Combined service visits
When enabled for the venue, clients can book several services as one sequential visit with one technician. Rollout remains gated by payment verification and the required releases.
- Improvement·
The notice period and free-month offer we are preparing, and what stays the same for you
Your accepted price, notice terms and any existing commitment stay in place. Clearer notice terms and an optional free-month offer are being prepared for eligible new signups.
- Improvement·
Stop offering a booking product while keeping existing bookings and records
Business settings can change Classes, Appointments or both, close new sales of a removed product, and keep existing bookings, prepaid rights, payments and history available.
- New feature·
BOOKING BIBLE SITES — what it is, what it will cost, and when you can get it
A branded website built on the venue you already run, designed through chat and published when you say so. It is in preview and cannot be bought yet — here is exactly who will be able to add it and what it will cost.
- ImprovementAi StudioBilling·
Review AI Studio usage before changing tier
AI Studio shows the included usage and overage rates attached to your reviewed offer.
- Bug fix·
Confirming a Flexible membership at the desk works again
Selling a Flexible membership from the desk, and moving a member to Flexible from their client card, were refused at the confirm step with a "changed after review" message. Both go through now.
- Bug fix·
One-time registration fees are now recorded correctly
A one-time registration fee charged automatically after a member's first membership payment was being charged correctly by Stripe, but Booking Bible was not always recording it — no receipt, no entry in the client's billing history. That's now fixed, and any missed charges can be recovered by the operator.
- New feature·
Retire a membership plan and move members to Flexible
Archiving a membership plan now shows how many members are still renewing on it, and staff can move any of them to a Flexible membership at their next renewal — nothing charged today, fully reversible.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Website draft edits keep their context
Focused wording edits preserve images and links, several edits can be undone in order, and written prices receive a more careful review.
- Bug fix·
Membership renewal fees are now recorded correctly
Stripe was always charging the platform fee on recurring membership renewals — Booking Bible's own records just weren't showing it. That's now fixed, and the missing history can be recovered with a guarded backfill.
