Flash sales

Run a time-limited offer without weakening the checkout rules.

Flash Sales turns a compatible membership, class pack, time-based pass or intro offer into a time-limited promotion. The same audience and product rules are checked in discovery and again at checkout. An introductory membership price can require complete billing cycles at the normal price afterwards, with exact dates shown before payment. Members can give notice during that minimum period when their scheduled end respects it; cancellation, renewal stops, allowance changes and pauses cannot remove the required paid period. Venue staff retain their separate administrative controls.

Flash sales

Ready for the next action

1

Choose a compatible product

Start from the item being sold so only valid pricing controls are offered.

2

Define eligibility

Limit purchasers, exclude selected pass holders and control public discovery.

3

Publish the offer

Save a private draft first, then use a direct link, eligible app placements, venue pricing surfaces or a preselected offer embed. An optional email announcement can open the offer page or a chosen HTTPS website address; review its destination and recipient count before delivery.

Business outcome

Move available capacity or accelerate a launch while preserving price, product, pass-holder and purchase eligibility controls.

Enforce at checkout

Questions, answered

What to know about flash sales

Short answers to the practical questions teams ask before rollout.

Which products can use a flash sale?
Supported flows include recurring memberships, class packs, time-based passes and intro offers. A membership priced by class allowance can carry one introductory price, and the offer states the smallest allowance it applies to; smaller allowances keep their normal price.
Can current pass holders be excluded?
Yes. An offer can hide from or reject selected active pass holders, with the rule repeated at checkout.
Does a flash sale always send a campaign?
No. Publishing the offer and announcing it are separate choices, and delivery depends on configured channels and consent. If an announcement is skipped, it can be created later from the published sale card. An offer priced “until” a date is published either as every billing cycle starting on or before it — each client then sees their own real end date — or as one introductory payment covering access through that exact date for every client.
Can I prepare a flash sale without publishing it?
Yes. A private draft creates no promo code, public offer, campaign or widget until it is reviewed and published. After publishing, the sale can be installed with the Campaign / Offer website widget.
Which plan includes Flash Sales?
Flash Sales is part of the Advanced Marketing paid add-on, available from Starter or an eligible appointment plan.
