- Bug fixBb Sites·
Sites owner login skips the venue chooser
Signing in from BB Sites Access returns to Your websites instead of stopping on the venue chooser.
- Bug fixBooking·
Check-in Undo uses the exact check-in you just made
Staff Undo now follows the same check-in, so a later change is not overwritten.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Sites owner login returns to Studio
Signing in from BB Sites Access now returns to Your websites in the same browser.
- Bug fixBillingMemberships·
Clearer refund delivery and checkout continuity
Missing refund email destinations are visible, and signup confirmation keeps the checkout return link.
- Bug fixMarketing site·
Choose recipients when announcing a published flash sale
The web announcement builder now lets you choose recipients, exclude individual clients, and retry an unavailable audience count.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Open your existing website from BB Sites
Venue owners and admins can sign in from BB Sites and return to their existing websites.
- Bug fixBookingsNotifications·
Clearer waitlist booking confirmations
Booking confirmations now verify that a client still has a confirmed place before they are sent.
- Bug fixMembersBilling·
Add clients while keeping your existing plan
Client registration and imports keep working under your existing plan and agreed allowances.
- Bug fixPlatform BillingSignup·
Signup dates stay accurate after email verification
For the prepared simplified signup offer, changed billing dates require another explicit review before payment. Availability depends on the offer being enabled.
- Bug fix·
Merging a duplicate keeps every migrated reference
A reviewed merge now moves the whole booking and every original Salonized reference to the client you keep, so a re-import finds them instead of creating a second record.
- Bug fix·
Undoing a scheduled membership cancellation works again
Undoing a scheduled cancellation — including cancelling a scheduled move to Flexible — was refused with a payment-provider error. It goes through now; no membership was changed by the failed attempts.
- Bug fix·
Confirming a Flexible membership at the desk works again
Selling a Flexible membership from the desk, and moving a member to Flexible from their client card, were refused at the confirm step with a "changed after review" message. Both go through now.
- Bug fix·
One-time registration fees are now recorded correctly
A one-time registration fee charged automatically after a member's first membership payment was being charged correctly by Stripe, but Booking Bible was not always recording it — no receipt, no entry in the client's billing history. That's now fixed, and any missed charges can be recovered by the operator.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Website draft edits keep their context
Focused wording edits preserve images and links, several edits can be undone in order, and written prices receive a more careful review.
- Bug fix·
Membership renewal fees are now recorded correctly
Stripe was always charging the platform fee on recurring membership renewals — Booking Bible's own records just weren't showing it. That's now fixed, and the missing history can be recovered with a guarded backfill.
- Bug fix·
Account credit top-ups are recorded and credited again
A client who added money to their account balance paid but received no credit, no receipt and no sales row. Top-ups now complete, and a stuck one is completed by the hourly repair job.
- Bug fix·
Notice periods and plan changes now land on the real renewal date
When a membership renews at the end of the month, a notice period or a class-allowance change could finish one day early. It now always lands on the member's real next renewal date.
- Bug fix·
Choose-your-classes memberships now reset every cycle, and your website can show its own offers
A membership where the client picks how many classes a month now counts, resets and pauses against the number they actually bought — and your own website can show an offer without publishing it to the app first.
- Bug fixScheduleProducts·
Past class corrections and product VAT settings save reliably
Past classes now open the protected correction workflow, and purchaser-specific VAT settings save on products.
- Bug fixAi Studio·
AI spend is measured against the correct rates now
Our record of what an AI request costs was based on two out-of-date provider prices. Both are corrected, so your AI usage figures and any spend limit you have set are measured accurately.
- Bug fix·
Roster actions work again in the Business app
Check in, no-show, undo, remove, bulk actions and messaging attendees now work on the class roster screen in the Business app — they had been failing with an error since late August.
- Bug fix·
Correcting attendance on an earlier day now works from Check-in
Check-in no longer shows a technical error when you finish or correct attendance for a class that ran on an earlier day — it now opens the correction step instead, and the actions that are not possible on an old roster are clearly closed.
- Bug fixBb Sites·
Rebuilding your website draft no longer touches your live site
Generating or regenerating a website draft now keeps every published page, its translations and its addresses exactly as they are until you publish.
- Bug fixScheduleBusiness App·
Repair different class and series times safely
The recurring-series editor now shows when a class has a different time and lets staff choose which time to keep.
- Bug fixScheduleCheck In·
Check in pass-backed clients on a past roster
Eligible past attendance can be corrected when the original booking used a pass or course-access entitlement.
- Bug fixMembershipsPassesBilling·
Add Flexible Pass opens normally
The new Flexible pass builder now opens with an empty name field instead of showing an error page.
- Bug fixScheduleForms·
Safer schedule dates and numeric editing
Public schedules now use the venue's IANA timezone for calendar-day and week boundaries across the main schedule, Sites, embeds, the public location page, and the public API. Every upper bound is exclusive, so a midnight class belongs to exactly one local day even through Copenhagen's 23- and 25-hour DST days.
- Bug fixBookingsCheck InBilling·
Automatic no-shows now use the protected history path
The nightly class close-out now continues to mark eligible unattended bookings after a class becomes a past record. It uses the same venue-configured no-show consequence, fee, audit, webhook and notification behavior as before, through the database's protected lifecycle path.
- Bug fixMembershipsPassesBilling·
Flexible pass publishing works again
Valid Flexible pass drafts can now be published normally; failed attempts kept the saved draft and created no partial pass.
- Bug fixMembersPayments·
Client record contact, billing, and health-data access
Staff see a client email or phone only when that field is allowed, Billing is hidden when payments access is off, and health notes stay off the client record unless health-data access is granted.
- Bug fixPaymentsSchedule·
Client billing leftovers and honest check-in notices
Staff check-in and no-show notices stay off unless you choose a channel, failed-renewal confirmation emails actually send, and bulk receipt email covers every payment on the client record.
- Bug fix·
Safer retries and quieter defaults on client memberships
A dropped connection can no longer freeze, resume, or end a client’s membership twice from the Business app, and three billing dialogs now start with Don’t notify.
- Bug fix·
Past-start custom membership amounts now charge today
Starting a membership from a past date with a custom amount due today now creates and charges that invoice. Stripe was leaving the amount pending until the next renewal, so Confirm failed.
- Bug fix·
Saved-card membership sales at the desk charge the card they show
Charging a client’s saved card when staff start a recurring membership at the desk now completes. A false “card declined” on a valid saved card, which cancelled the incomplete membership, is fixed.
- Bug fix·
Saving a pass or membership works again
Editing any pass type on the Passes page failed with "Something went wrong" and saved nothing. Saving works again, and a refused save now tells you the real reason instead of a generic message.
- Bug fix·
Recurring products pause properly, and product visibility rules are enforced everywhere
Pausing a recurring product no longer cancels it for good, a cancelled subscription now shows the date access actually ends, and the "who can buy this" rules you set on a product are now enforced on every client-facing surface rather than only on some.
- Bug fixCourse Native Commerce Access·
One clear course-access record on client profiles
Course participants now see as one current access record in admin, while preserved migration passes remain available in a separate history view.
- Bug fix·
A frozen membership now shows the classes it actually paid for
When a member freezes mid-month you already credit the unused part of their invoice. Their class allowance now shrinks to match, so the number on screen is the number they can really book.
- Bug fix·
The extra-class offer now shows each client their own price
When a client used up their monthly classes, the offer to buy an extra one quoted the under-30 price to everyone and named the wrong date for when their classes come back. Both now show what is true for that client.
- Bug fixClientsMembershipsBilling·
Reliable discounted membership sales and failed-setup cleanup
Staff can again sell a membership with an agreed recurring price, registration fee waiver, referral offer, or other coupon-backed concession. Membership creation now uses Stripe's current subscription-discount request shape while preserving the existing concession precedence and retry fingerprint.
- Bug fixBookingsBillingSettings·
No-show and late-cancellation fees follow each venue’s settings
No-show and late-cancellation fees, including whether one is charged and how much, come from the venue’s cancellation settings (and a location override when set). Unconfigured venues are not billed a platform default.
- Bug fixBookingsBillingClients·
Unpaid no-show and late-cancellation fees stay on the client
When a card charge for a no-show or late cancellation fails, the fee remains as a visible amount the client owes, with the class details, automatic retries, and admin tools to charge the card, record another payment, or waive it.
- Bug fixBookingsCheck InGuests·
Staff can book past classes; paid guests no longer use a host clip
Admin and staff with permission can add clients and check in on past classes. A paid bring-a-guest seat no longer consumes a host clip or blocks the host from booking themselves.
- Bug fixBookingsPassesClients·
Class counts follow each pass start date
Monthly class limits now count from the pass start date, and bookings can be filtered by that cycle.
- Bug fixBookingsBillingClients·
No-show and late cancellation are named the same everywhere
A no-show and a late cancellation are now distinct in status, receipts, emails, and booking history across admin, member web, apps, Hot Yoga CPH, and yogabible.dk.
- Bug fix·
Members can book their last class of the month again
A member down to their final monthly class saw "Booking failed, try again" and could never get through. Their last class now books normally, and monthly balances are accurate again.
- Bug fix·
Vouchers from an ended campaign now say so
A voucher entered after its campaign finished told the client the campaign was paused and to contact you; it now names the date the offer ended.
- Bug fixGift Cards·
Gift widget pass tiles preselect the right pass again
Clicking a pass in the embedded gift widget now opens the gift page with that pass already selected, instead of starting from scratch.
- Bug fixCourses·
Workshop sessions no longer accept regular passes
Booking a workshop or course session now requires enrollment or workshop entry — regular class passes can no longer slip in for free.
- Bug fix·
Other venue names are readable in the sidebar
The sidebar venue switcher now shows other venue names in a light colour so you can read them on the dark menu.
