End the stream and cancel a class that is already live
A class that is already live can now be cancelled. Booking Bible ends its broadcast and handles bookings, clips and notifications exactly as for any other cancellation.
# End the stream and cancel a class that is already live Until now a class could not be cancelled once its stream had started. A live class now offers **End stream and cancel** on the schedule, the class page, the check-in screen and in bulk selections, with a warning that the broadcast ends. Cancelling works as it always has: bookings are cancelled, eligible clips are returned, checked-in clients are undone first, and nobody is told unless you choose how to notify them. After the class is cancelled, its Cloudflare or Mux stream input is switched off. If the streaming provider can't be reached, Booking Bible keeps retrying for six hours. An input that the next class in the same room is already using stays on for that class.
Hidden classes stay on your schedule, and a clearer schedule for every team member
Hidden classes stay visible to your team with a Hidden label, you can hide or unhide many classes at once, team members without schedule access see a read-only schedule, and cancelled classes are easier to follow up.
