Booking Bible passes the underlying processor fee straight through (Stripe ~1.4% + 1.80 DKK for European cards, Mollie similar, Frisbii per their published rate). We add no platform-side per-transaction fee on Starter+.

Is the AI assistant included?

How long does migration take?

Most studios complete migration in 1–2 days for the data layer + 1 week of parallel running. The CSV importer covers members, passes, schedules, bookings, products, gift cards, and historical payments.

Will my members have to re-sign up?

No. Members keep their email + password reset link goes out automatically. Pass balances + booking history transfer cleanly. The only thing they re-do is the Stripe MobilePay authorisation if your previous platform used a different processor.

Can I run Booking Bible in parallel with my old system?

Yes — the recommended approach is 1–2 weeks of parallel running. Take new bookings on Booking Bible; your old system stops accepting new bookings but keeps serving existing passes until they expire.

EU residency by default — Supabase Frankfurt for the database + Cloudflare R2 for off-region backups (encrypted at rest). No primary data crosses the EU boundary.
