Extras in a multi-month introduction cost their normal price per month
When an introductory offer runs for whole months and the client adds a paid extra, the extra now costs its normal monthly price for each of those months — three months of a 99 kr extra is 297 kr.
# Extras in a multi-month introduction cost their normal price per month When a flash sale charges extras "only for the days of the offer", a client who adds an extra to a three-month introduction now pays three times the extra's normal monthly price for those three months. Before, the amount was worked out from the offer's days against the length of the first month alone, so a 99 kr monthly extra came to 293.81 kr for 25 October to 24 January instead of 297 kr. Whole billing periods inside the offer are charged at the extra's normal price. Only days left over after the last whole period are charged at the extra's daily rate, so an offer shorter than one billing period is priced exactly as before. The flash-sale editor's preview, the checkout review and the charge all use the same amount, and the explanation now names the whole periods and any leftover days. Purchases already made keep what they were charged. The amount is worked out at each checkout, so the correction also applies to new purchases on offers you have already published: for a multi-month offer with extras, the first extra charge rises slightly to the full monthly prices (for example 293.81 kr to 297 kr). A client who opened a checkout just before this change is asked to review the updated amounts before paying.
