Membership renewal fees are now recorded correctly

Stripe was always charging the platform fee on recurring membership renewals — Booking Bible's own records just weren't showing it. That's now fixed, and the missing history can be recovered with a guarded backfill.

Every time a member's recurring membership renews, Stripe charges the small
platform fee that funds Booking Bible, exactly as it always has. That part
never changed and nothing was overcharged or undercharged on a member's card.

What was wrong was Booking Bible's own bookkeeping: since 26 June, renewal
payments were being recorded with no fee amount at all, so the platform's
internal fee ledger and reconciliation reports understated what had actually
been collected. This is now fixed — new renewals record the fee correctly —
and the affected historical payments can be backfilled by the operator so the ledger
matches what Stripe actually collected.

There is no action needed from venues. No member was charged incorrectly, and
no venue's own reports or payouts were affected — this was purely Booking
Bible's internal fee accounting catching up to reality.

Later the same day: a handful of older renewals (fourteen, all from July)
could not be matched to their Stripe charge on the first pass because the
record did not say which Stripe account the charge lived on. The backfill
now checks the venue's own connected account as well, so those fees are
recorded too. Recurring product subscriptions (for example a locker rental
billed monthly) now record their platform fee the same way memberships do.

The purchased class allowance now shows everywhere

A Choose-your-classes membership's tier (1 class, 10 classes, Unlimited) now appears on the client card, the member portal, receipts, payment history and Stripe invoices — not just the shared membership name.
